Clinic listing agreement with wasmID

Last updated: 25 October 2026

A clinic accepts this agreement when it sends its application from the For clinics page, by ticking the confirmation at the end of the application. A clinic that wasmID adds itself accepts it from "My clinic" when it first signs in.

1. The parties

wasm alhawiyah Company (شركة وسم الهوية), CR 7055407196, and the clinic that applies, represented by the applicant, who confirms they are authorised to represent it.

2. What we provide

A free listing in Find a clinic: name, city, district, services, animals treated and the contacts the clinic chooses. No fee and no commission for this listing. The listing comes with a clinic account for two people (the clinic's manager and one more person), through which the clinic edits its listing and receives pet owners' visit requests. If the free part ever changes, we tell the clinic in writing 30 days before.

3. Licence

The clinic confirms it holds a valid veterinary licence, that the licence number it gave is correct, and that it will tell us if the licence is suspended or expires. We check the licence before the clinic appears. To check them, we ask for and keep copies of the clinic's licences and registration (its licence from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, its commercial registration, its Balady municipal licence and the responsible vet's practice licence); they are private and only our team can open them. The "Licence checked by wasmID" badge means only that check; it is not a guarantee of quality.

4. Accurate details

The clinic is responsible for what it gives us and for keeping it up to date. The contacts it adds are shown publicly, so it adds only what it has the right to publish. It keeps its services and opening hours true, so owners do not ask for what it cannot give. When an owner requests a visit through its listing, the clinic answers (accepts, offers another time or declines) within 48 hours; a request left unanswered closes by itself and the owner is told.

5. Confirming chips and checks

When the clinic confirms a pet's chip, a pre-sale check or a vaccination's validity through a wasmID link, it confirms that one of its vets really scanned the chip or did the check, and that what it entered is true. It never confirms from a photo or the owner's word.

6. The clinic's responsibility

The clinic alone is responsible for its services, prices, staff, care of animals and compliance with the law. wasmID provides no veterinary service or medical advice.

7. Pausing and removal

The clinic may ask to change or remove its details at any time through the Contact page. wasmID may pause or remove the listing if details prove untrue, the licence is suspended, this agreement is broken or serious complaints arrive, and tells the clinic.

8. Data

We keep the applicant's name, email and phone and the licence number for contact and checking only and do not publish them. Owners' data that reaches the clinic through confirmation links is used only for that confirmation. Details are in the privacy policy. An owner's details that reach the clinic with a visit request (name, phone number, the pet's name, kind, age and microchip status, and the owner's note) are used only for that visit: not for marketing, and not passed to anyone else. The clinic is responsible for the people it gives access to its account.

9. No exclusivity, no guarantee

This agreement creates no partnership, agency or exclusivity, and we promise no number of clients. Neither side uses the other's name or logo beyond the listing without written consent.

10. The usual terms

Neither side is liable for indirect losses. The listing is free and provided as it is. wasmID is not liable for any loss arising from the listing, its availability or its content; if something in the listing is wrong, the clinic's only remedy is for wasmID to correct it or for the clinic to end this agreement and have its listing removed. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing or gross error, or any liability the law does not allow to be limited. If one clause is invalid, the rest stay in force. This text changes only by a new version that we tell the clinic about before it applies; the clinic may then ask to be removed. This agreement replaces any earlier understanding about the listing.

11. Term and law

In force from approval of the application until removal. Governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We first try to settle any dispute amicably; if it is not settled within 30 days, the competent courts in Jeddah decide it. It is made in Arabic and English; the Arabic text prevails.

12. Confirmation and acceptance

By ticking "I have read the listing agreement and agree to it" and sending the application, the applicant confirms they have read this agreement in full, that they are authorised to represent the clinic, and that the clinic accepts it electronically. The time of acceptance and the version are kept with the application. A clinic that wasmID adds itself accepts it the same way on "My clinic", by ticking the confirmation and pressing "Accept the agreement"; the time and version are kept with the clinic.
