Our promise
What you can count on, every time
Four plain commitments behind everything on wasmID: who we list, how we protect your data, and how we look after you and your pet.
1.We check who's listed
Clinics only show a verified badge once we’ve checked their documents. The badge means we checked, not a government certification.
2.Your data stays yours
We use your details only to run the service you asked for. We don't sell your data, and you keep your pet's health log.
Privacy3.Honest health information
Our Animal Encyclopedia uses credible, listed sources. It gives general guidance only, never a diagnosis or treatment: for anything urgent, see a licensed vet.

If something goes wrong with a visit, a change of owner or a clinic, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
